Providing and fixing multi walled transparent /opaque 10 mm thick polycarbonate sheet of required colour blue, brown or green etc. UV co-extruded and having UV coating on one side multi walled sheet of weight not less than 1.60 to 2.05kg/sqm as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The light transmission from transparent or translucent or opaque polycarbonate sheet varies from 30 to 80% and shall be decided by engineer in charge as per requirement. The panel shall satisfy the Dart drop impact test for value above 15 and upto 60 Joules and confirm either flame retardancy of class UL-94HB/94V-0 category as per IS14434:2023 or category V0 & HB as per ASTM D635-18 or BS1D0 classification as per EN13501 for fire safety. The yellowness index tested as per ASTM E313 (D1925) shall be less than or equal to 2 or it shall be 1 units as per ASTM D 2244 at the time of installation and shall be less than or equal to 10 as per ASTM E313 (D 1925) or 6 units as per ASTM D 2244 on a sample after 5000 Hours of exposure of UV / sun light. The multi walled poly carbonate sheet shall be fixed on tubular steel structure with aluminium Alcox section of size 60x18x2 mm (anodized 25 micron thick) and weight not less than 0.462 kg/metre. Weather proof Neoprene/ EPDM rubber gasket shall be fixed on both side of joints to make the whole structure water tight as per approved design/drawings. The aluminium section shall be fixed on Joints at both sides (top & bottom) of polycarbonate sheet to hold the sheets rigidly together. The weather proof neoprene gasket and aluminium profile shall be fixed and sealed with silicon sealant to make the Joints fully water proof. The open overhead ends of polycarbonate sheet to be sealed with anodised aluminium U Profile/ channel of size 10x10x 1.5 mm thick of weight not less than 0.2kg/m. The polycarbonate sheet and aluminium profile shall be fixed to MS Framed Structure with self-taping and self-drilling 55mm long steel screws to be fixed @ 300mm centre to centre. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all material involved such as polycarbonate sheet, aluminium profile and aluminium channel, EPDM gasket, Self-taping screws, nut bolts, Silicon sealant or any other material required for fixing the sheet but excluding the cost of steel structure which shall be paid separately including hoisting the sheets and fixing in position in required scaffolding shape. The rate shall also include the cost of all T & P scaffolding and safety precautions required during execution of the work. The entire work shall be executed as per required design/drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge, all complete.

12.67.522 mm thick and width 1000 mm to 1220 mm panel with U value not more than 1.75 W/m2K and having weight equal to more than 3.50 kg/sqm. · Designing, providing and fixing multiwall three or more layered polycarbonate sheet panel co-extruded Ultra Violet (UV) protective coating on external surface with standing seam on both the running ends, sheet shall be connected using polycarbonate connectors having grip lock double tooth locking mechanism and provided with endcap at the ends to ensure water and air tightness. The light transmission from transparent or translucent or opaque or in combination polycarbonate sheet, varies from 15 to 85%, shall be decided by engineer in charge as per requirement. The polycarbonate sheet shall have Dart drop impact value more than 60 Joules as per IS14434:2023 and confirm either flame retardancy of class UL-94HB/94V-0 category as per IS14434:2023 or category V0 & HB as per ASTM D635-18 or BS1D0 classification as per EN13501 for fire safety. The yellowness index tested as per ASTM E313 (D1925) or ASTM E313 (D1925) shall be equal to or more than 10 unit or 6 units respectively on a sample after 5000 Hours of exposure of UV / sun light. The cross section ends of poly carbonate sheet shall be provided with self-adhesive aluminium impermeable tape at top and aluminium ventilated tape at bottom of the sheet and covered with polycarbonate / aluminium u-shaped protective profile. The poly carbonate sheet shall be held in position by using stainless steel (SS304 grade) trapezoidal cleat of 1 mm thick having minimum bottom width 35mm and top width 50mm or any other shape and size as per design requirement and manufacturer specification, cleat fixed with 2 or more stainless steel screws of 5 mm diameter with 25mm long with structural steel framework. The cleat shall be tested to withstand pull out force equal to wind speed of 50m/s as per IS: 875 and design test report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge for approval before use. The cost of ridge and gutters of pre-coated galvanized iron sheet of approved specifications and structural steel framework of shall be paid in respective item for separately. Note:- The fixing arrangement using cleat shall be designed separately for coastal areas for cyclonic wind speed.

16.97Providing and fixing factory made post of MS Circular Hollow Section (CHS) of grade YST 210-240 as per IS 1161 : 2014 having external diameter of 76.10 mm, thickness 4.0 mm medium grade and having weight 7.11 kg/metre with hot dip galvanised coating of minimum 360 GSM on both side as per IS 4736, IS 2629 and ASTM A123 (as applicable) and thermoplastic powder coating of minimum thickness 250 microns as per coating standard EN 10245 -1 and ISO 12944 (as applicable) of specified colour. The length of post shall be 3400 mm, of which 2700 mm above ground level and 700 mm in the concrete block, provided at a distance of 2.50 m centre to centre placed in predetermined holes either in cast-in-situ cement concrete block of specified grade with 10 mm diameter 300 mm long mild steel anchor rod tied with wire at bottom of post or in precast CC block of specified grade of required size fixed with specified grade cementitious non shrink grout as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of precast or cast in situ cement concrete block shall be paid for separately. Coating requirements:- The modular fence manufacturer shall have a facility for surface preparation of (Blast clean SA 2.5) and surface treatment (7 tank or 10 tank process) for better longevity of the coating. Type Test Certificate should be provided by the Fence Manufacturer for the quality of powder coating and thermoplastic coating during supply of fence materials. Type Test Certificate should be from a Government Institution like Central Electrochemical Research Lab. The Fence Manufacturer shall have a valid applicator certificate for thermoplastic powder coating.

16.98Providing and erecting factory made high security welded wire mesh panels of size 2667 mm x 955 mm, weight 24.3 kg of each panel, having mesh size 76.2 mm x 12.7 mm produced by electrical resistance welded galvanised wire of diameter 4.00 mm of grade 1 to 4 as per IS:7887 and Mild steel wire as per IS 280, with zinc coating of 40-50 GSM as per IS 2629 and IS 4826 (as applicable) and minimum 120 microns of thermosetting powder coating (dual coated) as per IS 13871 of specified colour including making two numbers V-shaped bends, each of depth 38 mm and width 150 mm, at an angle of 100° in horizontal direction of the panel with overlapping of panel (75 mm overlap in horizontal direction and 167 mm overlap in vertical directions). Fixing CHS post and wire mesh panel shall be done by using Omega clamp of size 180 mm x 35 mm x 3 mm with 2 nos. of 12 mm diameter holes and profile cover plates of size 180 mm x 50 mm x 2.75 mm with 2 slots for bolts, using two numbers SS 304 mushroom head bolts with breakable head safety nuts of size M8 x 80 as per IS 8535-1987 and SS 304 washers of size 15.89 mm outer diameter, 8.38 mm inner diameter and 2.04 mm thick and 2 nos of IP binders (set of 2 plates) are used in overlapping area of panels, made up of MS flat 25 mm x 5 mm size and 160 mm long with 2 slots of 9 mm x 20 mm and fixed with 2 nos. SS 304 M8 x 35 mm size mushroom head bolts. Omega clamp and IP Binder, both shall be made up of MS flat as per (Omega clamp IS 277 and IP Binder IS 2062) which shall be hot dip galvanised for minimum 360 GSM coating as per IS 2629 and IS 4759 (as applicable)and dual thermosetting powder coating of minimum 120 microns of specified colour all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. No extra cost shall be paid for permissible overlapping of panel. However extra overlapping of panel as per site requirement if any beyond above mentioned shall be paid additionally. Coating requirements:- The modular fence manufacturer shall have a facility for surface preparation of (Blast clean SA 2.5) and surface treatment (7 tank or 10 tank process) for better longevity of the coating. Type Test Certificate should be provided by the Fence Manufacturer for the quality of powder coating during supply of fence materials. Type Test Certificate should be from a Government Institution like Central Electrochemical Research Lab.

16.99Providing and fixing factory made intermediate and straining Y-arms, consisting of MS angle 50 x 50 x 5 mm as per IS 2062, each arm of length 510 mm angled at 120° having 3 nos. of slots of 6 mm width at an angle of 45° and 12 mm diameter hole at the end of slot at a depth of 25 mm, welded with (i) at top and at bottom with a cap consisting of 45 mm long sleeve of 83 mm outer diameter and 79 mm inner diameter of 2 mm thick MS plate in intermediate Y-arm and (ii) a 3 mm thick 63 mm outer diameter 100 mm long MS pipe welded with 76 mm diameter 5 mm thick MS plate in straining Y-arm, having two sets of 14 mm diameter holes in sleeve / pipe for inserting SS 304 mushroom head bolts with breakable head safety nuts of size M 8x120 mm. The Y-arms shall be hot dip galvanised coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS 4759 and thermoplastic powder coating of minimum 250 microns as per coating standard EN 10245 -1 and ISO 12944 (as applicable) of specified colour. Intermediate Y-arm shall be provided at 2.50 m centre to centre and straining Y-arm shall be provided at first post, every 16th post, last end post and corner post. Six numbers of 3.50 mm diameter SS-304 Razor wires as per IS 6911, of tensile strength of 1400-1500 N/Sqm with SS 304 Tear blades (TBBT) of size 30 mm x 16 mm x 0.47 mm at 50 mm centre to centre in slots of Y-arms and tightened using six SS 304 Eye bolts at every straining Y-arm. SS 304 Razor wire punched tape coil, wire 3.5mm diameter as per IS 6911 of tensile strength 1400-1700 N/sqm, having diameter 850 mm of 56 loops stretchable length 10 m shall be spread over the six Razor tape wire and tied with SS 304 hog rings of diameter 3 mm with minimum 8 numbers per meter length of fencing complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. Coating requirements:- The modular fence manufacturer shall have a facility for surface preparation of (Blast clean SA 2.5) and surface treatment (7 tank or 10 tank process) for better longevity of the coating. Type Test Certificate should be provided by the Fence Manufacturer for the quality of powder coating and thermoplastic coating during supply of fence materials.
